Student Summer Works (SSW) Program
You can apply for a wage subsidy to hire a summer student if:
- Your business operates as a not-for-profit and is in the cultural, environmental or sport and recreation sectors
- You operate for profit and can provide an environment-related job opportunity
- You are able to offer employment for at least 4 weeks in length and between 10 and 40 hours per week
- You are willing to give priority to a student with disabilities or an Aboriginal student
