To start a co-operative in New Brunswick under the Co-operative Associations Act, you will need to:

  • Reserve your business name
  • Complete the incorporation documentation
  • Pay the required fees

To ensure your co-operative remains in good standing once it is established, you will need to:

  • File required documentation and keep the necessary records
  • Respect the rights of members
