Facebook Live: World Industrial Design Day

Join a Facebook Live Q&A session with an industrial design examiner

If you're creating distinctive-looking new products, you'll want to learn about industrial designs and find out how to register and protect them!

In recognition of World Industrial Design Day, the Canada Business Network is hosting a live video Q&A session on Facebook with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO). A CIPO industrial design examiner, Carla Giannetti, will answer questions on how to register and protect your unique industrial designs on June 29th at noon EDT.

The Canada Business Network (CBN) provides Canadian entrepreneurs with the resources they need to grow and prosper, including a wide range of information on federal and provincial/territorial government services, programs and regulations. Facebook live sessions are a great tool for staying informed on industry topics, creating one-on-one relationships, and connecting with industry leaders and influencers.

CIPO is an agency of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, responsible for the administration and processing of intellectual property in Canada (trademarks, patents, copyright, and industrial designs).
